What is the iibraidd Membership?

It’s a monthly hair membership that guarantees you one professional hairstyle, braid down, or hair prep each month without worrying about booking availability or fluctuating pricing.

Is there a signup fee?

Yes. There is an initial setup fee of $25 for your membership. This includes an iiBraidd Maintenance kit for your appointments and at home care.

Who is this membership for?

Children ages 1–12 who need consistent styling for school, activities, and everyday maintenance.

iiBraidd Down membership are for those 13 years old and up. What styles are included?

✔ Natural protective styles
✔ Braids and extension styles up to mid-back length
✔ Everyday kid-friendly styles

Yes. Your membership reserves your stylist, but appointments must still be scheduled monthly through the booking link.

What if I miss a month?

Membership appointments do not automatically roll over. Consistent scheduling helps maintain hair health and stylist availability.

Does my hair need to be washed beforehand?

Yes.

Hair must arrive:

• Shampooed

• Fully blow-dried

• Detangled

Travel appointments include shampoo and blow-dry services.

Is there a travel option?

Yes! Baltimore travel appointments are available for a $15 travel fee.

Is there a contract?

Yes. The subscription requires a 6-month commitment to maintain consistent scheduling and pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Membership may be canceled after the 6-month commitment period.

What happens if we need a different style?

You can choose any included style during booking. Add-ons or upgrades are available if desired.

Membership Overview

The iibraidd Kids Subscription is a recurring styling membership designed for children ages 1–12 who need consistent, professional hair care throughout the year.

The iibraidd Down Subscription is a recurring styling membership designed for individuals ages 13 and up who need consistent braid downs or hair prep for self styling.

This membership guarantees one scheduled styling appointment per month while maintaining healthy hair routines and predictable scheduling for families.

Membership Includes

• 1 hairstyle per month, Braid down, or Hair prep for self styling

• Natural style OR Medium/Mid-Back Extension style

• Priority scheduling access

• Reserved stylist availability

• Consistent hair maintenance routine

VIP membership

• 1 hairstyle per month

• 1 Takeout per month

• Shampoo and Blowdry

• Natural style OR Medium/Mid-Back Extension style

• Priority scheduling access

Hair Preparation Policy

To ensure timely service and the best results:

• Hair must arrive clean, shampooed, and fully blow-dried.

• Hair should be completely detangled.

• Product buildup, oils, or wet hair may require rescheduling.

Travel Appointments:
Shampoo and blow-dry are included for travel services.

Travel Policy

• Baltimore travel appointments include a $15 travel fee.

• Travel availability is limited and scheduled on designated travel days.

• Travel outside Baltimore may require additional fees.

Membership Commitment

• Membership requires a 6-month commitment.

• This structure allows consistent scheduling and stylist availability.

• Membership renews automatically each month during the commitment period.

Early cancellation fees may apply if the agreement is ended before 6 months.

Scheduling Policy

• One appointment is included per calendar month.

• Appointments must be booked in advance through the scheduling system.

• Missed months do not roll over unless approved.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• 24-hour notice required for rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of that month’s appointment.

• Same-day cancellations cannot be guaranteed rescheduling.

Add-On Services

Adds on are $10 per add on. Available add-ons may include:

• Length upgrades

• Boho

• Extra density (Small Six extensions)

• Travel upgrades

Add-ons must be selected during booking.
